◆ Ultra-low temperature ball valves are mainly used in the installations of liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and air separation industries. The output liquid cryogenic medium includes: liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen, liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum products, etc. These media are not only flammable and explosive, but also gasification occurs when they are heated or flashed, and their volume expands sharply during gasification. If the valve conveying these fluids has a closed valve cavity and the structural design is unreasonable, it will cause the valve cavity to exceed Pressure, resulting in media leakage, and even valve cracking, causing accidents.

◆ The valve meets the requirements of ASME B16.34, API 6D, ASME B16.10, ASME B16.25, BS 5351, BS 6364, MESC 77/200 and other standards.
◆ The lengthened dimension of the valve head meets the requirements of MESC 77/200 or BS6364.
◆ The valve seat has the function of self-releasing pressure in the body cavity to prevent the trapped medium in the body cavity from damaging the valve under abnormal heating conditions.
◆ The seal on the stem is designed on the upper part of the stem and bonnet to reduce the influence of temperature changes on the packing.
◆ A drip plate is designed to prevent the water vapor in the air from liquefying and flowing down the valve to freeze and damage the valve.
◆ The valve seat, valve stem and body cover are sealed with a patented design without spring, It avoids that the spring is easy to fail and cause jamming and internal leakage, and the outlet does not function as a seal.

◆ The ball sealing ring and valve seat ring adopt replaceable metal-to-metal design, which avoids the problem of short life of soft sealing materials.
◆ The ball sealing ring and valve seat ring are designed with multiple eccentric frictionless design and STL sealing surface, which avoids the loss of the sealing surface due to the friction of the spherical surface.

◆ The fireproof design meets API 607 standard, and the anti-static design meets BS 5351 standard.
