Incoloy 825 austenitic nickel ferrochrome alloy
The alloy is a kind of general engineering alloy, which has high nickel composition of acid resistance and alkali metal corrosion resistance in oxidation and reduction environment. corrosion resistance is good in various media, such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and organic acids, alkali metals such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid solutions. Applied to various industrial fields with temperatures not exceeding 550℃, such as: heating pipes, containers, baskets and chains used in sulphuric acid pickling plants, seawater cooling heat exchangers, marine product piping systems, acid gas environmental pipelines, heat exchangers in phosphoric acid production, evaporators, washing, impregnation tubes, air heat exchangers in petroleum refining, food engineering, chemical processes, flame retardant alloys for high pressure oxygen applications, etc.
