The NEWLOTOKE Five Eccentric Butterfly Valve is a next-generation high-performance valve engineered for demanding conditions such as ultra-high pressure, extreme temperatures, and zero-leakage applications. Based on advanced five-offset geometry, it offers a full metal-to-metal sealing structure with reliable bidirectional pressure resistance, ideal for critical pipelines in oil, gas, chemical, and power industries.
Unlike traditional triple-offset butterfly valves, the five-offset design introduces a more stable, low-torque structure while effectively handling thermal expansion and contraction under temperature ranges from -196°C to 650°C. This results in a significantly longer service life and reduced maintenance cost. The valve adopts a circular metal sealing ring, optimized shaft offset ratios, and robust sealing surfaces that ensure zero leakage (Class V or higher) even under ANSI 900LB pressure conditions.
