If any products designated as strategic material in the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law, Cabinet Order Concerning Control of Export Trade, Cabinet order Concerning Control of Foreign Exchange, and other related laws and ordinances ("Foreign Exchange Laws") are exported to any foreign country or

countries, an export license issued by the Japanese Government will be required under the Foreign Exchange Laws.
