The triple offset butterfly valve was provides bidirectional zero leakage& high performance, flowing the new industry category using a technology not previously available with other quarter turn valves.

Zero leakage means no visible leakage when tested at high pressure with water and low pressure with air according to existing international standards.


Structure and Benefits

Bubble Zero Leakage:

Disc seal ring was achieved by torque force evenly loaded on disc laminated seal edge, which has function to assure zero leakage in both hydrostatic or air test per API 598.


Low Friction:

The valve uses a three-cam structure that means an angular cam is added to acommon metal hard seal bi-cam butterfly valve. This angular cam functions to have any point between the seal ring and the seat ring quickly separated off or contacted during the valve open and close action to leave a low fricion between the seal pairs,the sealing ring and seat relies on the coordination of sealing parts, so it has lower friction and excellent wear resistance when opening and closing,both the disc and the body seat are perfectly round,the disc doesn't touch the body-sealing surface until the valve is completely closed.so,it is low wear.


Renewable Seal:

The sealing ring can be respectively maintained and replaced after accidental damage, this replaceable Seal ring allows for a dependable tight seal and a longer service life.

What is triple offset (TOBV)?

Offset 1

The shaft is placed behind the plane of the sealing surface to provide a continuous seat path.


Offset 2

The shaft is placed to one side of the pipe/valve centerline to allow the displacement of the seal from the seat during the 90° opening.


Offset 3

The seat and seal cone centerlines are inclined in respect to the pipe/valve centerline. This third offset completely eliminates rubbing.
