Excellent sealing: The lubricant forms a dynamic seal between the valve body and the plug, effectively handling high-pressure and corrosive media and reducing the risk of leakage.
Easy operation: The lubricating layer reduces the coefficient of friction, resulting in low and stable switching torque, especially suitable for large-diameter valves.
High durability: The plug is often treated with PTFE or ENP coating to enhance wear resistance and anti-adhesion, extending service life. Wide adaptability: By selecting different materials (such as WCB, WC6, CF8M, etc.) and structures (such as short type, standard type, Venturi type), it can be adapted to pipeline systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and power.
Size range: DN15 to DN600 (1/2 inch to 24 inches), covering small to large diameter requirements.
Pressure rating: Commonly PN10~PN150 or Class 150~2500, specific selection depends on pipeline pressure standards.
Material selection: Valve body and plug materials must match media characteristics (e.g., corrosiveness, temperature), commonly carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.
Structure: Includes full-bore, reduced-bore, tee, four-way, etc. Operation methods include manual, gear-driven, or electric/pneumatic actuation.
During maintenance, regularly check the lubricant level to ensure the sealing grooves are full of grease to maintain optimal sealing performance. Compared to unlubricated plug valves, lubricated valves are more suitable for high-pressure, frequent operation, or harsh media environments, but attention must be paid to lubricant compatibility and replacement cycle.
