Oxygen Ball Valve
◆ Oxygen special valve is a special valve specially designed for oxygen pipe network, which is widely used in the pipe network of steel, metallurgy, petrochemical, chemical and other oxygen-using projects. In addition to the functions of ordinary valves, it also has its own characteristics such as good flame retardancy, good electrical conductivity, fast heat transfer, compact structure, oil resistance, safety and reliability. Strict oil prohibition measures are adopted during manufacturing, and all parts are subjected to strict degreasing treatment before installation. All diameter valves are equipped with conductive screw holes at the flange ends to prevent static electricity. The exposed parts of the valve have protective measures to prevent dust and oil pollution. With the valve seat of the metallurgical industry, the special oxygen ball valve and the special oxygen stop valve are widely used in steel, medicine, chemical and other industries.

| Note for oxygen valve: | 
◆ According to different usage requirements, some oxygen valves will have oxygen pressure reducing valves with many specifications. When installing the pressure reducing valve, make sure that its connection specification is consistent with the connection of the cylinder and the system used. The pressure reducing valve and the steel cylinder are connected by a hemispherical surface, and the two are completely matched by tightening the nut. Therefore, the two hemispherical surfaces should be kept smooth when in use to ensure a good airtight effect.
◆ Before installation, high-pressure gas can be used to blow off the dust. If necessary, materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene can also be used as gaskets.
◆ The oxygen valve should be strictly prohibited from touching grease to avoid fire accidents.
◆ When the work is stopped, the remaining air in the pressure reducing valve should be drained, and then the adjusting screw should be loosened to avoid long-term compression and deformation of the elastic element.
◆ The oxygen valve should avoid impact and vibration, and should not be in contact with corrosive substances.
◆ The usage and precautions of these pressure reducing valves are basically the same as those of oxygen valves. However, it should also be pointed out that special pressure reducing valves are generally not used for other gases. In order to prevent misuse, special connection ports are used between some special pressure reducing valves and steel cylinders. For example, both hydrogen and propane use left-hand thread, also called reverse thread, and special attention should be paid when installing.
| Installation and maintenance: | 
◆ Valve installation and installation personnel must strictly abide by the relevant regulations and strictly prohibit contact with oil.
◆ The valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and both ends of the passage must be blocked.
◆ It is recommended that the valve stem be vertically upward for the valve installation position.
◆ The oxygen valve stored for a long time should be checked regularly to remove the dirt and apply anti-rust oil on the processing surface.
◆ When installing the valve, the flow direction arrow mark of the valve body must be consistent with the flow direction of the medium.
◆ The installation of the valve should not affect the sealing performance of the valve. The flange gasket should be PTFE or PTFE spiral wound gasket.
◆ Valves cannot be installed near open flames and oily use points, and should be installed in a protective cover that does not produce sparks.
◆ The valve should be installed with a good grounding device, and the conductive bolt holes on the flange end should be well grounded to prevent static electricity.
◆ Adequate support should be provided for installing large-diameter valves and pipes.
| After installation, regular inspections should be carried out, the main inspection items: | 
◆ The valve should be regularly maintained, maintained or tested to ensure the safety and tightness of the valve.
◆ Wear of the sealing surface.
◆ The wear of the trapezoidal thread of the stem and stem nut.
◆ Whether the packing is out of date and invalid, if damaged, it should be replaced in time.
◆ After the valve is overhauled and assembled, a sealing performance test should be carried out.
◆ Valve maintenance and maintenance, including repairs, should only be performed by the valve manufacturer or other qualified unit.
◆ The key parts of the valve in the maintenance process should be provided by the original manufacturer or meet the technical requirements of the original parts.

| Operating principle of oxygen valve: | 
◆ The tools, work clothes, gloves and other supplies used by valve operators and valve parts are strictly prohibited from being contaminated with grease.
◆ The opening and closing of the valve should be carried out slowly. During manual operation, the operator should stand on the side of the valve, and it is prohibited to use and operate the valve as a regulating valve.
◆ For manual valves with DN>15, safety measures should be taken to reduce the pressure difference before and after the main valve before opening and closing.
